Warangal DCCB to provide 60 days bonus to employees if earns profits in 2021-2022, said chairman Ravinder Rao

WARANGAL:  Warangal District cooperative central bank (WDCCB) chairman Marneni Ravinder Rao has assured the bank employees of providing 60 days wages as a bonus if they earn profits during the financial year 2021-2022.

Stating that the WDCCB had provided 30 days wages as bonus during the year 2019-2020 and 45 days wages as bonus during the year 2020-2021, he assured to provide 60 days wages as a bonus to the staff if the bank earns the profits by discussing with the board of directors and called upon the employees to rededicate themselves for doing more business and collection of more deposits.

Mr Ravinder hoisted the tri-colour as part of the Republic day celebrations at WDCCB premises in Warangal town on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion, he hailed the services of employees for running the WDCCB to run in profits and winning accolades in the cooperative banking sector.

Reiterating that he was always available round the clock for the development of the bank, he said that he would also personally participate in the recovery of pending loans and collection of deposits. He informed the bankers to strive to reduce the NPA from the prevailing 3 per cent to an even lesser.

He also thanked the district ministers, legislators, politicians, PACS chairpersons and CEOs for the steady progress of the WDCCB on all fronts. The bank CEO, general managers and others were also present.
