Vocational training certificates handed over to project affected youth at RG-1 mine

PEDDAPALLI: Management of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited has provided Mines vocational training to 54 youth belonging to the project affected villages of the Singareni mines to provide contract employment in the coal mines.
After the completion of the 12-days vocational training to the youth, Ramagundam-1 general manager K Narayana had handed over the certificates on Monday. The project affected villages of Jangaon, Sundilla and Mustyala villages were given training in the vocational traders to provide employment in the mines.
Speaking on the occasion, the RG-1 general manager said that they had taken up the vocational training programme for the youth of the project affected villages to help them secure employment by upgrading their skills. He stressed the need for skill development to secure employment. DGM (personnel) Ch Laxminarayana, environment officer Anjaneya Prasad and others were also present.
