Vemulawada temple hundi collections increase

RAJANNA-SIRCILLA: Thanks to the steady influx of devotees braving the pandemic situation to Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy devasthanam in Vemulawada, there was a good increase of revenues to the devasthanam following the contributions made by the devotees in the ‘hundi’.

On Thursday, the temple authorities counted the seven days hundi collections and earned Rs 72.18 lakhs cash, 232 grams of gold and 6.100 kilograms of silver ornaments donated by the devotees, according to officials here today.
