TSPSC Group-I (prelims) peaceful in Karimnagar with 79.30 per cent attendance of candidates

KARIMNAGAR: The Telangana State Public Service Commission Group-I preliminary examination was conducted peacefully in various parts of Karimnagar district on Sunday (October 16, 2022).
Against a total of 16,824 candidates, 13,345 candidates appeared in the examinations and 3479 abstained with an attendance of 79.30 per cent. The examination was conducted in 36 centres in and around Karimnagar town.
Collector RV Karnan inspected various examinations such as KIMSs, Jyothishmathi institute of technology and science (JITS), government women’s degree college and other centres and inspected the biometric attendance of the candidates and also coding of the paper boxes.
He informed the officials to be cautious till the papers were sent back to the officials concerned in the evening. Additional Collector GV Shyam Prasad Lal, Additional DCP Chandramohan and others were also present.
