TASK and Mahindra Pride train students of JITS on employability skills

KARIMNAGAR: The Jyothismathi institute of technology and sciences (JITS) in association with the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) and Mahindra Pride Classroom had conducted a six-day training programme for the B Tech final year students on employability skills and help them secure employment.
After the completion of six-day training programme, two students K Ganesh and S Sowmya secured medals and M Jayakrishna and G Manimala secured trophies for their scintillating performance and excelling in all programmes. JITS principal K Srinivasa Rao had formally handed over the medals and trophies to the students.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Srinivasa Rao called upon the students to develop their communication skills. Stressing on the importance of English language, he also advised the students to develop skills in any language to unravel their creative skills and secure employment in multinational companies.
Training programme designer Omaji Ramtenk trained the students in group discussions, interview, critical thinking, problem solving and professional ethics etc. HoDs Dr Neelima, Sridhar, Radhika Redd, training and placement officer Vishwa Prakash Babu, TASK coordinator Venkateshwarlu and others were also present.
