TIRUMALA, SEPTEMBER 24, 2023: The Snapana Tirumanjanam was observed for the third and last time during the ongoing nine-day annual Brahmotsvams in Tirumala on Sunday in the temple of Sri Venkateswara Swamy.
For the first time, garlands and crowns made of stone studded bangles were decked to the processional deities of Sri Malayappa, Sridevi and Bhudevi besides yellow rose petals, mixed dry fruits, kuruvetiver, various rose petal garlands after snapanam was performed with each sacred ingredient. The entire premises was tastefully decorated with different orchids hanging from the roof. Both the senior and junior pontiffs of Tirumala, EO AV Dharma Reddy and others were present.
