SSC exam papers reduced to six papers, Urdu as second language

KARIMNAGAR: The Telangana School Education has changed the existing examination pattern for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination from 11 papers to 6 papers following the outbreak of the deadly virus and the subsequent changes in the teaching methodology by adopting online and physical classes.

The students would appear for six exams for six subjects. Similarly, the government had also introduced Urdu as a second language from the academic year 2021-2022 for the benefit of students. Accordingly, secretary to government Sandeep Kumar Sultania had issued a memo number 777/SE.prog.II/A1/2021 dated October 11, 2021.
