Several VIPs and scores of supporters console Gangula Kamalakar
KARIMNAGAR: Cutting across party lines scores of supporters and well-wishers of Minister for Civil Supplies and BC Welfare Gangula Kamalakar attended the last rites of his father Gangula Mallaiah (87), who passed away on Wednesday due to age-related ailments at his house in Karimnagar town.
Minister for Health T Harish Rao, Minister for Social Welfare Koppula Eshwar, TS Planning board vice chairman B Vinod Kumar, legislators Rasamayi Balakishan, Sunke Ravishankar, MLCs L Ramana and P Kaushik Reddy, State BC commission chairman Vakulabaranam Krishna Mohan, TS Civil supplies corporation chairman S Ravinder Singh, Mayor Y Sunil Rao, SUDA chairman GV Ramakrishna Rao, former MLC Naradasu Laxman Rao and others visited the house of Kamalakar on Thursday (January 5, 2023) and consoled the bereaved family members and paid last respects to his father Mallaiah by placing the wreaths.
Former MP Ponnam Prabhakar, DCC president Kavvampalli Satyanarayana, City Congress committee president K Narender Reddy and others also paid respects to the mortal remains. The BRS, CPI and CPM leaders also consoled Minister Gangula Kamalakar and his family members.
