PRTU district unit’s plea to a treasury official

KARIMNAGAR: The Progressive Recognised Teachers Union (PRTU), Telangana state, Karimnagar district unit has urged the district treasury authorities to clear the long-pending bills such as surrender leaves, medical reimbursement, insurance claims etc.

Telangana state PRTU Karimnagar district unit president Gone Srinivas, secretary Pallepati Venugopal Rao, state associate president Cholleti Srinivas, local leaders Sanjeeva Reddy and others met District Treasury Deputy Director Nagaraju and submitted a memorandum on Saturday.
They urged the district treasury to clear the pending bills at the earliest. They stated that the retired employees’ benefits were also being delayed in the office and the TSGLI loans were also not cleared. They urged the government to clear the bills at the earliest and avoid financial problems to the teaching community and others.
