Police take up repairs to culvert and road to prevent accidents

KARIMNAGAR: In the wake of roads being damaged badly due to incessant rains and floods in the recent past and causing serious hardships to the villagers in Ganneruvaram mandal, the local police in association with the R&B officials had taken up repairs of the culvert to widen the road to prevent accidents on the stretch on Saturday.
After the road washed away at the culvert at Gunugula Kondapur village in the mandal in the recent rains and turned into a black spot for accidents, the local SI Avula Tirupathi informed the same to the R&B officials, who had taken up the repairs by laying new cement pipes and also widened the road to prevent accidents on the kucha road. The road users had thanked the local police and R&B officials for repairing the culvert and widening the road.
