PACS seeded with SBI decided to join Karimnagar DCCB for the benefit of farmers

KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 22, 2023:  Inspired by the successful functioning of the Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) benefiting the farming community and others, the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) seeded with State Bank of India (SBI) have decided to merge with the Karimnagar DCCB to reap riches.

Accordingly, the Dharmaram and Thanugula PACS of Jammikunta mandal have decided to join the fold of Karimnagar DCCB and held consultations with TSCAB and Karimnagar DCCB chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao and vice chairman P Ramesh, CEO N Satyanarayana Rao, NABARD DDM P Manohar Reddy and others at DCCB main office in Karimnagar town on Friday evening.  Similarly, the Jammikunta, Mallial and Bhogampadu PACS also announced their decision to join the Karimnagar DCCB very soon.

On this occasion, DCCB chairman K Ravinder Rao said that they would expedite the process of merger of PACS with DCCB and pass a resolution in the ensuing general body meeting. He also assured to start fresh loaning for the farmers of the PACS joining KDCCB. Informing the PACS to contribute their share capital which is mandatory, he said that the bank would provide dividends to the PACS. Dharmaram PACS president K Srikanth Reddy, Thangula PACS president P Venkateshwar Rao, PACS development centre resource person G Satyanarayana, AGM K Chandrashekhar Reddy and others were also present.
