PACS employees’ union hail TS govt for announcing new HR policy and providing job security

KARIMNAGAR: The Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) employees’ union Telangana state unit has hailed the state government for bringing in a new HR (human resources) policy which provides them job security, pay-scale, salary enhancement and promotions.

PAC employees union Telangana State general secretary B Shankar Goud, Karimnagar district president Ch Kumara Swamy, secretary Prabhakar, Sircilla district president Srinivasa Reddy, Peddapalli district president Madhu, Jagtial president G Venu, general secretary T Upender and others participated in the celebrations by conducting the `milk abhishekham’ to the portrait of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Minister for Cooperation S Niranjan Reddy, TS Planning board vice chairman B Vinod Kumar and TSCAB chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao at the Karimnagar DCCB main office in Karimnagar town on Wednesday (December 21, 2022).

The PACS employees’ union leaders thanked the Telangana state government for fulfilling the long-cherished dream of HR policy for the employees working in various PACS across the Telangana state. Reminding that the PACS employees have played a major role in the procurement of farmers’ produce even during the outbreak of the pandemic Covid, they expressed their gratitude to the state government for the issuance of GO number 44, dated December 17, 2022, which provides uniform Human Resource policy to the Primary Agricultural cooperative society (PACS) Employees.

They specially thanked TSCAB chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao and felicitated him for taking initiatives to provide job security to the PACS employees of the entire Telangana state. On this occasion, the TSCAB chairman also cut the cake and distributed it among the employees. Vice chairman P Ramesh, directors, CEO N Satyanarayana Rao, NABARD DDM P Ananth and others were also present.
