NTPC Ramagundam launches ApnaComplex App for township residents

PEDDAPALLI: The NTPC-Ramagundam which is known for its innovative practice has added another feather in its cap on Friday by launching the ApnaComplex app, a perfect solution to make living in a gated community or township a pleasant and convenient experience – for the residents, the service providers and security staff.
ApnaComplex is fully automated software and reduces the workload for the township service providers and thus saves time, money, and effort.
Launching the new facility at the Township gate, Chief Guest of the occasion, NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana Chief General Manager Sunil Kumar asked the township residents to use the App to its fullest for hassle-free and digital way of living. Started for the purpose of gate control of township during Covid-19, the App can nowbe used for multiple value-added services, he added.
The ApnaComplex App can be used by township residents for registering complaints like Civil, Electrical, Telephone and DTH Services; Notice Board, Covid Vaccination Slot Booking, Visitors Control, and utility services like hiringcab, delivery, automobile service and home services, etc.
Sheetal Vadga, City Manager, Hyderabad and Krishna Kishore, Area Sales Manager, Hyderabad from ApnaComplex were present on the occasion and spoke on various features of the App.
