NTPC E-Voice workshop concludes

PEDDAPALLI: The NTPC Ramagundam concludes its two-day training programme for its E-VOICE (employee-voluntary organizations for initiatives in community development) on Monday and Tuesday in which about 45 employees and volunteers participated.

The workshop was conducted by Mr Nasim Khan, who has vast experience in providing learning & Development Solutions to Corporates & Academia across the country since 1995 and he has delivered training in the areas of Leadership & Managerial Effectiveness, CSR Modules, Safety Training Modules, NGO & SHG Project Management Modules etc.
During this two-day E-VOICE workshop for the employees and volunteers gave them deep insights into the various topics related to CSR, Formulating Localised CSR Vision & Mission, mustering support, mobilising resources and optimum utilisation of opportunities, need-based information sourcing, record keeping, monitoring development and reporting the workshop etc.
On this occasion, NTPC Ramagundam Chief General Manager Mr Sunil Kumar said that this was just the beginning and the NTPC Ramagundam has taken lots of initiative in which Employee Voluntary Organisation of NTPC Ramagundam have come forward and took certain initiatives which have helped in transforming the lives of people in the project affected villages.
