NTPC Director (Operations) interacts with senior executives of Southern Region HQs

HYDERABAD: Taking care of existing infrastructure and venturing into renewable energy as well as other emerging areas will help the NTPC to maintain its leadership position in the segment besides promoting sustainability, said Mr Ramesh Babu V, Director (Operations), NTPC.
Interacting with the senior executives of NTPC-Southern Region Headquarters on December 13, 2021, he underlined the importance of Safety and Quality besides rationalization of manpower and optimisation of resources to meet future demand with a focus on timely delivery and faster decision making.
Mr Ramesh Babu also urged the senior executives to maintain coal security for its plants besides enabling and supporting site people to achieve the targets. With a big push to digital drive, there is a huge scope for improvement of performance both for the plant and the people, he added.
On this occasion, the Director (Operations) also reviewed the performance, progress and challenges of Southern Region Power Plants/projects.
Mr Sunil Kumar Satya, Regional Executive Director (South) and other senior executives were present o the occasion.
