NCC cadet pays tributes to General Bipin Rawat

SANGAREDDY: A National Cadet Corp (NCC) cadet and tenth class student from Zilla Parishad high school, BHEL, Patancheru in the district has paid tributes to Chief of Defence Staff of Indian Armed Forces General Bipin Rawat by a canvass of pencil portrait.

Chitla Karthik, who had developed the passion for pencil portrait drawings during the outbreak of pandemic and lockdown, had paid rich tributes to General Bipin Rawat with his creative painting and saying it as “Art tribute. We miss you sir. A big salute to General Bipin Rawat, CDS of Indian armed forces”.

Karthik has drawn several portraits on the birthday occasion of eminent personalities such as Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Minister for IT K Taraka Rama Rao, MLC Kavitha, Finance Minister T Harish Rao, Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh M Bhagavath. During the lockdown period, he had drawn more than 82 pencil portraits of frontline warriors.
