Navarathri Brahmotsavams got off to a start on a religious note in Tirumala

TIRUMALA, OCTOBER 15, 2023: The nine-day Navarathri Brahmotsavams got off to a start on a religious note on Sunday. The presiding deity of Sri Malayappa Swamy along his two consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi blessed the devotees on the golden Tiruchi in the four mada streets of Tirumala.

The grandeur of Navaratri Brahmotsavams flagged off with the Golden Tiruchi on the bright Sunny day on the first day. Sri Malayappa swamy would be taken out in a procession on Peda Sesha vahanam on Sunday evening. The other important processions to be held during the Brahmotsavams including Garuda seva on October 19 and Golden Chariot procession on October 21. TTD EO AV Dharma Reddy, Trust board member Subba Raju, Parupattedar Uma Maheswara Reddy and others were present.
