Mohammad Azam gets State Ideal Teacher award

WARANGAL: Mohammad Azam, Assistant Professor of English at the Balaji Institute of Technology and Science, Narsampet, Warangal , was selected for the prestigious State Ideal Teacher award-2021.

The award was presented by  All India Ideal teachers Association (AIITA ) at a ceremony held on Saturday in Hyderabad on the eve of National Education Day. Mr Azam received the award from Professor Suleman Siddique, Former Vice Chancellor Osmania University .

Mr Azam won accolades for his sincere and dedicated service for the education and empowerment of the student community by organising various programmes including personality development, communication skills, career guidance and helping the students prepare for competitive examinations. With eight years of teaching experience in English, he had published several articles in national journals and participated in workshops and seminars.

He is also doing Ph D in English from Kakatiya university, Warangal under the guidance of Professor R Meghana Rao in American literature. He also received accolades from various sections of society for philanthropic and social service activities.

Chairman Balaji group of institutions Dr A Rajendra Prasad Reddy, BITS Principal Dr VS Hari Haran, Academic co-ordinator Dr V Narayana, Administrative officer S.Suresh,  HoD of Humanities and Sciences Garrepalli Srinivas and teaching faculty appreciated him on this occasion.
