Mentor-Mentee workshop concludes at NTPC Ramagundam

PEDDAPALLI: A two-day Mentor-Mentee workshop at NTPC-Ramagundam was concluded on a positive note of transforming the lives and careers of employees while bolstering retention and enhancing their potential.
Organised by the HR-EDC on Wednesday and Thursday to strengthen the Mentor-Mentee culture for effective and outcome-based mentoring, the programme witnessed the participation of 23 Mentors and 43 Mentees. Faculty of the occasion, Dr Ganesh Bharghav conducted programmes like personality tests, experience & background sharing to identify mentor-mentee pairs. Later, the participants chalked out the future plan with a focused approach.
Earlier, in his opening remark, Prasenjit Pal, GM (Project) underlined the importance of Mentoring system in NTPC and its contribution to Organisational culture.
