Additional Collector releases “Velugula Velluva’, a compilation of poems and essays
KARIMNAGAR: Additional Collector GV Shyam Prasad Lal has released a book titled “Velugula Velluva” (a compilation of poems and essays) written by eminent poet, writer, critic and singer Annadi Gajender Reddy in Karimnagar town on December 22, 2022.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Shyam Prasad Lal was all praise for Gajender Reddy for his dedication and added that he revealed himself through his experiences by writing poems and essays. He expected that Gajender Reddy would write more such books.
Sahiti Gauthami district president Dr Gandra Laxman Rao appreciated Mr Gajender for taking up writing after his retirement after serving the education department for 40 years as a Telugu lecturer and principal of various colleges. Jathiya Sahithya Parishad Karimnagar district general secretary Nandi Srinivas, literary activists Gampa Umapathi, S Gangadhar, Prem Sagar Rao, Kotha Anil, T Navaneetha Rao, Kandukuri Anjaiah, Madishetty Gopal, Bommakanti Kishan, Gajoju Nagabhushanam and others were also present.
