KTR releases RPL volleyball and kabaddi matches logo
RAJANNA-SIRCILLA: In order to encourage rural sports and identify the sportspersons, the district administration has decided to conduct Rajanna Premier League (RPL)-2023 for Volleyball and Kabaddi tournaments.
Accordingly, Minister for IT and Municipal Administration K Taraka Rama Rao had formally released the logo of the RPL along with Collector Anuraag Jayanthi, SP Akhil Mahajan, ZXP chairperson N Aruna, State powerloom corporation chairman Guduru Praveen, CESS chairman Ch Rama Rao, DSDO Upender Rao and others in Veernapalli on Monday (January 30, 2023).
On this occasion, the district authorities have decided to conduct tournaments from the village level to the district level. The village level competitions would begin from February 3, mandal level competitions from February 6 to 7 and district level competitions from February 8 and 9 and the semi-finals and finals would be conducted on February 10 and the prizes would be distributed on February 18, 2023.
