KCR to visit Choppadandi segment on March 23 to assess crop damages

KARIMNAGAR: The district administration and police machinery is making all arrangements for Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s visit to Choppadandi assembly segment on Thursday (March 23, 2023) to assess the crop damages caused due to the unseasonal rains and hailstorms.

The Chief Minister would interact with the farmers affected with the hailstorms and inspect the damaged fields. Collector RV Karnan, Commissioner of Police L Subbarayudu, Additional Collector Garima Agarwal inspected the spot and reviewed the arrangements and construction of helipad.

Later in the evening, Minister for Civil Supplies Gangula Kamalakar, TS Planning board vice chairman B Vinod Kumar, Choppadandi legislator Sunke Ravishankar, ZP chairperson K Vijaya and others reviewed the arrangements for the smooth conduct of the CM’s visit to Choppadandi segment.
