Karimnagar DCCB wins NAFSCOB first prize for annual performance for the year 2019-2020

Karimnagar DCCB bags a total of five NAFSCOB awards to date

 

KARIMNAGAR: Another feather in the cap of Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank as it had emerged winner of the first prize for the ‘Annual Performance’ award for the year 2019-2020 by the National Federation of State Cooperative Banks limited (NAFSCOB).

The NAFSCOB has been presenting Annual performance awards to the best performing District Cooperative Central banks (DCCBs) since the year 2008-09. The NAFSCOB managing director Bheema Subrahmanyam stated that Karimnagar DCCB was selected for the NAFSCOB first prize for annual performance for the year 2019-20 at all India level.

This is the second consecutive time, the Karimnagar DCCB had won NAFSCOB first prize and it had earlier won the first prize for the Annual Performance award in the year 2018-2019. Among the 393 DCCBs in the country, the Karimnagar DCCB was selected for the prestigious NAFSCOB award under the leadership of its chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao.

Karimnagar DCCB CEO N Satyanarayana Rao would receive the award during the national conference scheduled to be held on April 25 in the Deendayal Upadhyaya auditorium in Raipur of Chattisgarh state. The award carries a trophy, a shawl and a plaque of appreciation.

The Karimnagar DCCB was winning NAFSCOB annual performance awards for the year financial year 2015-2016. In the year 2015-16, the Karimnagar DCCB bagged all-India second prize, third prize in the year 2016-17, second prize in the year 2017-2018 and first prize in the year 2018-19. With the latest award, the Karimnagar DCCB had won five NAFSCOB awards.
