Karimnagar DCCB distributes Rs 11.50 crore loans in Jagtial

JAGTIAL: The Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) has organised a credit outreach programme covering 15 branches in Jagtial district at a programme organised in Jagtial town on Thursday for the benefit of the general public, farmers, students, SHG women, entrepreneurs and business establishments.
On this occasion, the DCCB had disbursed financial assistance of Rs 11.50 crore to the beneficiaries including Rs 1.52 crore for women SHGs, MPEGP Rs 64.85 lakhs, education loans Rs 93 lakhs, housing Rs 1.27 crore, poultry Rs 97 lakhs, LT loans Rs 2.35 crore, other loans Rs 2.84 crore and other schemes.
Participating as chief guest, Collector G Ravi DCCB called upon the people to utilise the opportunity and strive for their economic empowerment programmes with proper utilisation of loans. He informed the people not to get trapped by approach by private money lenders who charge high interest rates. LDM Venkat Reddy, DCCB general manager Mohd Riazuddin, branch managers Moiz Pasha, Nithin Rao, Srilaxmi, Markandeya and others were also present.
