KARIMNAGAR: Visitors to the Collectorate and the concerned citizens of the town have heaved a sigh of relief with the authorities removing the eyesore vinyl posters erected illegally by the TNGOs leaders on the premises of Collectorate office in Karimnagar town on Tuesday night.

Responding to the news item “Govt employees deface Collectorate premises with illegal vinyl posters” published on this website on Tuesday, the district authorities raised to the occasion and instantly removed all the illegal posters erected by the TNGOs leaders, who put up posters to greet their district president on the occasion of his 51st birthday celebrations.

The people have also appealed to the district authorities to give standing instructions banning the erection of any vinyl posters in any part of the town to check the pollution in the town and banning plastic. They also urged the authorities to impose heavy fines on the people who erect illegal posters in the town.
