Hundi collections of Vemulawada temple shrine

RAJANNA-SIRCILLA: Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy devasthanam in Vemulawada of Rajanna-Sircilla earned revenue of Rs 1.53 crore cash, 186.513 grams of gold and 11.820 kilograms of silver during the counting of hundi (donations made by pilgrims) on Thursday.
The devasthanam authorities led by its Executive Officer Krishna Prasad, Executive Eos S Harikishan, I Jayakumari, B Srinivas and P Naveen had supervised the counting of hundis at the temple shrine on Thursday. The temple earned whopping donations from the devotees during the counting of 15 days of donations made by the pilgrims.
Similarly, a devotee from Vemulawada temple town Nagubothu Vishnu had donated Rs 2 lakhs for the Nityaannadhana satram in memory of his father N Nandaiah. Temple EO Krishna Prasad, Annadhana trust incharge Peruka Srinivas and others were also present.
