HUM voluntary organisation conducts sports meet for KGBV and Model school students
KARIMNAGAR: The HUM voluntary organisation has launched a three-day Sports fest for the benefit of students of KGBV and Model school in Mulkanoor village of Chigurumamidi mandal on Tuesday.
The sports fest was formally inaugurated by HUM voluntary organisation founder Dhanapuri Sagar. The first day the students participated in chess and caroms. On Wednesday and Thursday, the students would participate in Kho-kho, kabaddi and 100 meters run. He said that the sports meet was organised in memory of his father Dhanapuri Balaraju.
The winners of all the sports events would be given prizes. NGO members K Laxman Babu and Madhavi, Model school principal K Srinivas, KGBV special officer Rajitha, PETs and others were also present.
