History-sheeters warned to mend their ways in Karimnagar

KARIMNAGAR: Karimnagar Town ACP Tula Srinivas Rao has instructed the rowdy-sheeters to mend their ways and warned them of sending them back to jail if they indulge in any illegal activities such as involving in the land settlements, threatening people and conducting ‘panchayats’ etc.
The ACP had summoned 31 rowdy-sheeters and conducted a counselling session at his office in Karimnagar town on Monday. On this occasion, he informed that the police were constantly observing their movements and instructed them to mend their ways and not to involve in any illegal activities and cause law and order problems. He also assured to remove the history-sheets if they lead a normal life in society.
The history-sheeters, who had undergone jail term and returned back, have expressed concern over the stigma on them and their family members for their faults. They were assured to lead a normal life and assured to support the police.
