Grievances meet for consumers of NPDCL

KARIMNAGAR:  The Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (NPDCL) Consumer Grievances Redressal forum will conduct a meeting to hear the grievances of power consumers of Karimnagar rural and Kothapalli mandals at the Assistant Engineer (operations) office in Muqdhoompur electricity sub-station on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on December 17.

In a statement here on Wednesday, TSNPDCL CGRF-1 chairperson P Satyanarayana Goud and members K Tirumal Rao (technical), R Charan Das (finance) and N Narender (independent) have said that the consumers falling under the jurisdiction of Karimnagar rural and Kothapalli mandals could present their grievances in person or through petitions at the consumers meet on December 17 between 10.30 am to 1 pm.

The consumers can lodge complaints pertaining to the changing of burnt transformers, an increase of distribution systems, change of faulty meters, sanction of new services, load regulation, change of service names, differences of power bills, change of categories etc.
