Governor visits Secretariat and inaugurates places of worship along with KCR

HYDERABAD, AUGUST 25, 2023:  In a surprise development, Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan has made a maiden visit to Telangana State Secretariat following the invitation by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and participated in the inauguration of places of religions such as Temple, Mosque and a Church on the premises of Secretariat on Friday.

She inaugurated the Nalla Pochamma temple and offered prayers. She also visited the mosque and participated in the prayers and participated in the inauguration of Church and cutting a cake on the occasion. Later, the Chief Minister took her around the Secretariat building and explained about the construction and various facilities available.

Mr KCR had also invited her to his chambers and felicitated her presenting a shawl and a memento. Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari also presented her with special gifts on the occasion of Varalakshmi vratham. Home Minister Mahmood Ali, AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, AIMIM floor leader in the Assembly Akbaruddin Owaisi, State Ministers and others were also present.
