Gangula Kamalakar files nominations from Karimnagar assembly segment
KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 08, 2023: Minister for Civil Supplies and BC Welfare Gangula Kamalaka filed his nomination papers from the Karimnagar Assembly segment in Karimnagar town on Wednesday.
Earlier, he offered prayers at Lord Hanuman temple and Sri Yagna Varaha Swamy temple in various parts of Karimnagar town along with his nomination papers and family members. He took out a massive procession from Circus grounds to Collectorate amid much pomp and gaiety to file his nomination papers.
Mr Kamalakar, who has performed a hatrick from Karimnagar Assembly segment, is planning to create history by winning for the fourth consecutive term. He had first won the elections on TDP ticket in the year 2009. Later, he shifted his loyalty to TRS and won in 2014 and 2018 elections.
