No social justice in TRS govt for SCs\STs and BCs

Against 17 pc SC population one Cabinet berth

0.5 pc populated community was having more Cabinet berths and ruling Telangana

BJP provided 27 cabinet berths to OBCs at Centre

KARIMNAGAR: Launching a scathing attack on the TRS government for resorting to cheap politics, former Minister and TRS rebel Etala Rajender has alleged that the days have numbered for the government in Telangana state.

Participating in the BJP workers meeting in Challuru village of Veenavanka mandal on Saturday, Mr Rajender said that the BJP alone was following the social justice and allocated Minister posts to 27 OBCs in the cabinet. In Telangana state, against 17 per cent SC population, the government had included only one SC minister, he said and alleged that the community which was not even 0.5 per cent population in the state were having more Cabinet berths and running the government at their whims and fancies.

The people of Telangana would bear the hunger, but would not tolerate the humiliation of their self-respect, he reminded and added that the people would dethrone the TRS government for its undemocratic activities. He said that he was with the people of the constituency even during the statehood movement, as a legislator and also as Minister.  Former legislators Enugu Ravinder Reddy, Bodige Shoba, BJP district president G Krishna Reddy and others were also present.
