Dalit bandhu beneficiaries told to take up dairy units to reap riches

KARIMNAGAR: Collector RV Karnan has called upon the beneficiaries of Dalit bandhu scheme to accord top priority for taking up mini-dairy units to reap riches and getting the regular sources of income for their economic empowerment.
The Collector visited the Scheduled Caste colonies in Pedda Papaiahpalli village of Huzurabad mandal and inspected the conduct of survey for the identification of the beneficiaries for the implementation of dalit bandhu scheme on Wednesday. Interacting with the beneficiaries, he informed the farmers to take up the dairy units to earn better profits.
He informed the beneficiaries that the milk-producing farmers were earning more profits along with nutritional food supplements to the entire family. ZP CEO Priyanka, tahsildar Ram Reddy and others were also present.
