Collector RV Karnan felicitates Civil Services 94th ranker
KARIMNAGAR, MAY 28, 2023: Collector RV Karnan on Sunday felicitated Avula Sai Krishna, who secured 94th rank in the Civil Services examinations 2022 conducted by UPSC.
During his school days at Paramita high school in Karimnagar and studying eighth class, he was inspired by the speech delivered by then Collector Sumita Dawra. Since then, he was having a dream to crack the Civil Services examinations. After completing his B Tech (chemical engineering) in NIT Warangal, he had written Civil Services and secured 728 rank and got posted in the Indian Corporate Law services and working as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
But, he had dream to achieve IAS and written the Civil Services in 2022 with Political Science and International Affairs as his optional subjects and achieved 94th rank under the mentorship of Additional DGP (CID) Mahesh M Bhagavath. He thanked his parents and Paramita educational institutions for the fulfillment of his dream. Paramita educational institutions chairman E Prasada Rao and his parents were also present.
