Collector participates in Bathukamma festival

KARIMNAGAR: Collector RV Karnan along with his wife and Zilla Parishad CEO Priyanka Karnan participated in the Bathukamma celebrations on the premises of the Collector’s camp office in Karimnagar town on Friday night.
Both the Collector and ZP CEO had formally launched the celebrations by lighting the lamp and breaking the coconuts. They placed dance around the colourfully decorated Bathukammas along with other employees of camp office and district officers. The Collector was all praise for the traditional Bathukamma festival.
