Bharath Scouts and Guides organises preparatory meeting for National Jamboree
KARIMNAGAR: The Karimnagar District Bharath Scouts and Guides organised a five-day preparatory meeting under the chairmanship of district president Kankanala Ram Reddy for the ensuing 18th National Jamboree at its district office at Paramita high school in Karimnagar town from December 13 to 17, 2022.
The National Scout and Guide Jamboree, a mega event, will be organized from January 4 to 10, 2023 at Rohat in the Pali district of Rajasthan state. Over 35,000 Scouts and Guides from all over the country, including 1,500 from various foreign countries, will participate in the 18th National Jamboree to be hosted by Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides.
A total of 37 Scouts and Guides from Karimnagar district would be participated in the National Jamboree. The participants were trained in various aspects such as scouting techniques, cultural programmes etc. District training commissioner M Shareef, district organising commissioner Adigoppula Sadaiah, treasurer KE Shravan Kumar, head commissioners Ganesh Singh, A Tirupathi Rao, D Rajitha, Ch Indira and others participated in the programme.
