Awareness and medical camp conducted for candidates preparing for Agnipath recruitment
KARIMNAGAR: SVJC Dronacharya Defence Education Academy has organised an educational programme and medical camp for the candidates preparing for the Agnipath (recruitment of troops for Armed Forces) at SVJC college in Karimnagar town on Wednesday (February 7, 2023).
Additional Collector GV Shyam Prasad Lal attended the camp wherein over 180 candidates were empowered on the Agnipath recruitment process. Speaking on the occasion, he called upon the youth to utilise the opportunity and get enrolled in the Armed forces and serve the motherland with patriotism. The Agniveers after being selected would serve the nation for four years and they would be given preference in the recruitment of central armed police forces.
The organisers also gave valuable tips to excel in the physical fitness tests and written examinations. TNGOs district president M Jagadesh, secretary Danam Srinivas Reddy, Karimnagar district constables association president Puli Nagesh Goud, SVJC college management Mahipal Reddy, Ram Reddy, Santosh Reddy, Harikrishna, Varaprasad, Defence academy directors Lenkela Mahipal Reddy and Palle Raju were also present.
