A helping hand to Muslims in Ramzan month

KARIMNAGAR: On the auspicious occasion of Holy Ramzan month, the HiRA foundation, a voluntary organisation, has distributed Ramzan groceries and clothes to all the family members of 120 Masjid Imams and Moujan of integrated Karimnagar district in Karimnagar town on Monday.

HiRA foundation managing trustee and Madarsa Arabia Hijbul Quran principal Mufti Mohammed Ghiyaz Mohiuddin said that they were distributing free groceries worth Rs 2,000 each to orphans, widows and poor families along with 120 Imams and Moujans in the town. At a programme organised at the 18th Municipal division in Rekurthi in Karimnagar town on Monday, he said that they were distributing groceries and clothes to the needy people for last 10 years during the Ramzan and Bakrid festivities in Karimnagar town.

On this occasion, he called upon the Muslims to participate in the social service programmes during the Holy Ramzan and help the needy people. He also appealed to the people to donate liberally to the HiRA foundation. Members of NGO Afeeq Sheik Ahmed, Hafeeq Fareeduddin, Hafeeq Imran, Moulana Zuber and others were also present.
