Young writer Preethi Richards enters Telangana Book of Records for her writings

She was presented with Literary Eco-Pioneer Award by Publishers of book for her novel concept of distributing seeds to the readers to take up plantation of flowering plants

KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 26, 2023: Young and budding writer Preethi Richards from Karimnagar town has entered the Telangana Book of Records and was also presented with ‘Literary Eco-Pioneer Award’ by the publishers of the book recently for her unique journey that combines the beauty of words with the promise of growth and greenery by distributing seeds of flowering plants.

Preethi, from Karimnagar town, has developed passion for writing about the nature and her surroundings since her Intermediate college days. She has to her credit of writing three books and articles for international magazines.

Her debut book ‘Naked Love’ (2019), a collection of prose and poetry had won several literary awards and nominated for women achievers award. Her second book ‘Solitary Soul’, a collection of poems, helped her bag the Indian Noble Award and the third book ‘The Bird’ received Hellen Keller Woman icon award. She had secured patents for her books.

With her fourth book ‘Memories’, she has send seeds of various flowering plants to the buyers of her book to promote the importance of protecting the nature by taking up plantation, which had helped her bagged the Literary Eco-Pioneer award. Incidentally, she is the first write in the Telangana state to promote the concept of distributing seeds of flowering plants along with her book to the readers.
