TCS regional head empowers JITS students on career opportunities in software industry

KARIMNAGAR:  Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Regional Head in Hyderabad Richard King Chatragadda empowered the students about the techniques which help them secure employment in software industry and asked them to upgrade their skills regularly.

Speaking at a session on Career opportunities in software industries organised for the benefit of students of Jyothismathi institute of technolog and science (JITS) in Karimnagar town on Friday, Mr Richard King educated the ten steps expected by the IT companies from the students. They include; aptitude, technical knowledge, communication skills, adaptability, team skills, flexibility, problem solving skills, learnability, programming skills and about the company.

Stating that every student was having hidden talent, he informed them to unfold their creativity and excel in their chosen career. He also gave them tips for the preparation of campus placements drive such as written examinations, group discussions and facing interview. He also empowered about the importance of having leadership qualities after joining the IT companies. JITS chairman J Sagar Rao, principal Dr K Srinivasa Rao and other faculty members were also present.
