Students of Sapathagiri High School witness landing of Chandrayaan-3 on Moon with excitement
KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 23, 2023: Students of Sapthagiri High School, Sapthagiri colony, Karimnagar Town, witnessed the historic landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the surface of the Moon on Wednesday evening with patriotic fervour waving the national flags.
The school management in association with Pragna Bharathi, Karimnagar district, organised a special assembly for the benefit of students to witness the live streaming of Chandrayaan-3 landing on the Moon.
The excitement reached to the peak when the Vikram lander touched the surface of the Moon amid cheers and clasps from the audience. The students raised the slogans of “Bharath matha ki jai’, Jai Ho India and others and went round the school campus waving the national flag.
School correspondent Nagesh Reddy, Principal Anitha Reddy, Pragna Bharathi chairman Dr L Rajabhaskar Reddy, state Joint Secretary Niranjana Chary, ISKCON Metpally leader Narahari Das Swamiji, RSS Sangh Chalak Elagandula Satyanarayana, local leaders T Ramesh Reddy, Gajula Ravinder and others were also present.
