Students gesture for their colleague, who died of heart-attack at SRR college
KARIMNAGAR: In a noble gesture, the students of SRR government arts and science college have raised Rs 10,000 and donated the same to the family members of their classmate, who died suddenly due to heart attack on December 11, 2022.
Bonkuru Nagaraju, a B Com third-year student of the college, died following a heart attack. His father died of cancer two years ago and he was running the family by doing part-time job and studying. His family members including his mother and sister became orphans.
When faculty member KS Praneetha Choudhary informed about the plight of the bereaved family members, the students of MPCS first-year raised Rs 10,000 from their pocket money and other sources and donated the same to Nagaraju’s mother Radha as a small gesture. Principal K Ramakrishna, vice principal M Himabindu and others appreciated the noble gesture of the students for helping the family members of Nagaraju.
