Students enter International record book for their memory skills

Students identify scientific names of fruits, vegetables, trees and animals in 60 seconds

 

PEDDAPALLI:  Students of Pallavi Model School in Rangampalli on the outskirts of Peddapalli town have entered the International Genius Book of Records (IGBR) at a competition conducted on the identification of scientific names of fruits, vegetables, trees and animals etc.

The IGBR authorities had conducted the competition in a virtual mode on Friday from the school with the students. A total of 32 students from the age group of 5 to 12 have participated in the feat and identified 60 scientific names of fruits, vegetables, trees and animals etc in 60 seconds and entered the record book.

IGBR India Chief coordinator Bingi Narendra Goud along with his team recorded the event in the presence of the teachers and other faculty members of the school. School chairman L Rajaiah had congratulated correspondent Shoba Rani, principal Vani and board of directors Karthik and Mallika and other faculty members for encouraging the students to perform a record feat.

Correspondent Shoba Rani said that she was very much excited to see the performance of her students and entering into the record book with their memory skills. She assured to further encourage the students to excel in various competitions also.
