Satavahana University Pharmacy contract lecturers form ‘human chain’ urging government to regularise their services

KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 3, 2023: The Satavahava University Pharmacy college contract lecturers have formed a human chain urging the state government to regularise their services at the University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences on the shores of LMD reservoir in Karimnagar town on Saturday.

The University Contractual Teachers have been working for several years hoping that their services would be regularized at the best of times. Since the contractual teachers of Degree and Intermediate colleges services are regularized, the contractual university teachers have also requested the Chief Minister to regularise their services too.

They exuded confidence in the regularisation of their services under the leadership of Minister for Education P Sabitha Indra Reddy and MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy who had instructed the authorities to constitute a committee and work out modalities for the regularisation of university contract lecturers. Contract lecturers of pharmacy college K Srisailam, B Bhagyalaxmi, GL Archana, Ch Anil Kumar, K Sunitha, K Tirupathi, A Srinivas Naik, P Kranthi Raju and J Aswini were also present.
