KARIMNAGAR: The Progressive Recognised Teachers Union (PRTU) Telangana state unit has demanded that the Education Department should release the annual Secondary School Certificate examinations blueprint and model papers immediately.
In a statement here on Monday (December 26, 2022), PRTU Karimnagar district president Gone Srinivas and general secretary Pallepati Venugopal Rao said that the state government had reduced the SSC examination papers from the existing 11 papers to six papers for the annual examination which would be held in the month of March 2023 tentatively. With the SSC examinations around the corner within three months, the education department was lethargic in the issuance of blue print and model papers for the six papers, they said and added that the students and their parents were confused over the conduct of SSC examinations.
