Telangana state formation day decennial celebrations: Education Day
KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 20, 2003: In a first of its kind, the state government has decided to felicitate parents, School management committee chairpersons, philanthropists, headmasters and teachers as part of the Telangana state formation day decennial celebrations on Tuesday.
On the occasion of ‘Vidya dinotsavam’ (education day), Minister for Civil Supplies Gangula Kamalakar, Collector RV Karnan and other elected representatives and officials at the Collectorate auditorium in Karimnagar town on Tuesday evening.
The selected list of best parents, SMC chairpersons, HMs, teachers and donors include; Parents: M Sampath (ZPHS Odyaram), A Mallesham (MPPS Kurikyala), A Sujatha (ZPHS Choppadandi), M Raju (MPPS Mulkanur) and Ch Ramesh (ZPHS Kothagattu). SMC chairpersons: B Mallesham Goud (ZPHS Ganneruvaram), K Sarangapani (ZPHS Tadikal), B Sailu (ZPHS Gopalraopet), A Srinivas (ZPHS Garshakurthi) and O Mamatha (ZPHS Boys Choppadandi). The donors include K Jeevan Reddy (ZPHS Malkapur) and N Mahender Reddy (ZPHS Hanmajipally).
