Karimnagar ACP felicitates Civil Services 94th ranker
KARIMNAGAR, MAY 28, 2023: Avula Sai Krishna, who secured 94th rank at the All-India level in the Civil Services examination-2022 organised by the UPSC, was felicitated by Karimnagar town ACP Tula Srinivasa Rao on Saturday evening.
The ACP invited Sai Krishna to his office in Karimnagar town and congratulated. Lauding his success, the ACP felicitated Sai Krishna and his parents Laxmaiah (teacher-SGT) and Sunitha for bringing glory to his parents as well as the Karimnagar district. He said that he was an inspiration for the youth preparing for various competitive examinations to study and excel. Inspectors Natesh, T Laxmibabu, Damodar Reddy and SB inspector Venkateshwarlu and others were also present.
Sai Krishna is from a middleclass family from Kattarampur locality in Karimnagar town. He studied in Paramita high school in Karimnagar town. He completed B Tech in Warangal NIT. He was mentored by Additional DGP (CID) Mahesh M Bhagawat.
Avula Saikrishna, a native of Garrepalli village in Sultanabad mandal secured 728th rank in 2018 results. He was inspired by the then Collector Sumita Dawra to become an IAS officer. He had again appeared for the examination and secured 94th rank.
Ironically, the Satavahana University authorities have failed to recognize the achievement of Sai Krishna by inviting him to the University and felicitate him and motivate the students to prepare for the competitive examinations.
