Kansas State University professor delivers a lecture to students of JITS
KARIMNAGAR: Kansas State University, USA, Professor D Siva Rama Raju has delivered a lecture on ‘Infusion of Standards and Codes in Engineering Education’ through online mode for the benefit of students of Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS) on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on November 2, 2022. The JITS management had organised the lecture as part of its silver jubilee celebrations.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Siva Rama Raju explained about the standards and codes while designing a product. He also empowered the students on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and International organization of standardization (ISO). He also held an interactive session with the students. JITS chairman J Sagar Rao, Principal K Srinivasa Rao and others were also present.
