Johnson School conducts sports meet on the occasion of National Sports day
KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 29, 2023: On the occasion of National Sports Day celebrations, the Kora Johnson High School in Karimnagar town conducted sports meet to pay tributes to hockey legend Dhyan Chand on Tuesday.
The school management conducted kho-kho, handball and kabaddi competitions for the students. School chairman Mahipal Reddy, Directors Varaprasad, Ram Reddy, Simhachalam Harikrishna, Vangala Santosh Reddy and others participated in the lighting of Olympic lamp to inaugurate the sports meet.
Earlier, they also paid floral tributes to Hockey legend Dhyan Chand on the occasion of his birth anniversary and recollected his services for the sports field. The chairman called upon the students to participate in the sports events for their regular fitness and healthy living.
