KARIMNAGAR: In a humane gesture, the GV (Ghana Vidya) foundation has come forward to adopt a bright and poor student for his higher education and donated Rs 10,000 financial assistance through Collector RV Karnan in Karimnagar town on Thursday evening.

Akula Mahesh, studying Intermediate second year (MPC group) at Government junior college in Manakondur mandal, hailing from Chenjerla village of the mandal, lost his mother recently and became an orphan. After knowing the plight of the student, college principal V Anjenaya Rao informed the same to GV foundation chairman Sai Rahul, who readily agreed for adopting the student for his higher education.

Accordingly, the financial assistance of Rs 10,000 was handed over to Mahesh through the Collector. Karimnagar DIEO Rajyalaxmi and other faculty members of the college were also present.

Hello there! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting sick and tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
